Reporting Window: Any issues regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported to our support team within 5 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unwritten in, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must include all original packaging and protective wrapping where applicable.

Approval & Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method  within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or severely damaged item delivered).
